Things I've Baked
These are just a few of the many things I have made over the semester. The first is a fruit tart with pastry cream, the second is pate choux (cream puffs with orange flavored pastry cream, blackberry coulis, caramel sauce, toasted pecans and blackberries), the third is an apple pie with a lattice topping and the last is challah bread. They were all really yummy. -F
